Hand made - complete Steam Launch with boiler, engine & radio control Please Note: I CURRENTLY DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO BUILD THESE LAUNCHES THEY WILL BE AVAILABLE AS A KIT - SOON The final price of a complete steam launch is relative to the type of equipment fitted ie: steam plant & radio control system. Steam plants range from a simple twin cylinder oscillating steam engine to a more complex slide valve steam engine with a suitable boiler. For the radio contol system I recommend only the 2.5 Ghz type- (no crystals). This is a fully working miniature steam launch, I only build them to order. They are extremely high quality, hand made, very collectable and reassuringly expensive!

This is the finished boat only, without a canopy or propeller. The size of propeller needs to be selected to suit the steam engine used. The 1/4 inch diameter main propeller shaft is usually threaded M6, but can also be cut to other thread sizes to suit existing propellers. I also offer to build customer's existing steam engines into these launches if required. Please email me for further details. |
