This is a top view of the stern area of the third launch that I built, showing the "Action Man" with his hand on the tiller arm.

The detail of the tiller arm with the split clamp fixing, can clearly be seen in this photograph.

The rear coaming on the deck is now made in a different way, as it was very difficult to get the sharp inset curved parts of the Mahogany coaming neat enough for my liking. The steam plant in this boat was a "Reeves Borderer" fitted with piston valves. If you look carefully, you can see the radio control rods as they exit from under the left seat to control the engine etc.

The layout of the canopy supports can be clearly seen. The canopy is an optional extra.
